Robert Bosch GMBH Branch in Italy is currently searching for a new motivated person to cover the role of Sales Manager Connected Mobility Solutions.

 

In order to achieve the company targets of customer satisfaction, quality and delivery, this person will be in charge, for the given projects, of:

 

  • Create something new: Prospect and generate demand for new and innovative Customer and Solutions portfolio.
  • Take responsibility: Drive pipeline development with demanding targets, influencing a variety of internal and external stakeholders, typically involving contributions from marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and delivery.
  • Think holistically: Creation and maintenance of compliant, professionally fostered relationships with customers, supporting their decision making process.
  • Experience cooperation: Communicate and influence at a senior level to ensure maximizing win potential
  • Lead cross Divisional Business model acquisitions as well as very strong Financial acumen.
  • Networked communication: Influence Customer and Bosch teams and subject matter experts in persuasive sales techniques, apply Consultative Selling model
  • Reliable implementation: relentlessly achieve Sales and Margin targets

 

What distinguishes you

Education: Engineering Graduate (Master Degree) with at least 5 years of experience in Service and Solution Selling with proven track record of achievement
Know how: minimun 5 years experience in Service and Solution Selling.
Soft Skills: High degree of motivation (self-starter), ability to take initiative, flexibility, excellent communication skills and public speaking.
